Medicine Park Mental Health Child Services

CHILD / ADOLESCENCE SERVICES

At Medicine Park Mental Health, we provide specialized psychiatric care for children and adolescents ages 8 to 17, focusing on the unique emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs of young individuals.

Our psychiatric nurse practitioners, Brittany and Caroline, are experienced in treating a variety of mental health concerns commonly affecting this age group, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, and mood disorders.

We understand the importance of early intervention and take a compassionate, family-centered approach to care. Our services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, tailored medication management, and ongoing support to help children and teens develop coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthy habits. We also collaborate with local therapists, schools, and dietitians to ensure a well-rounded, coordinated care plan that addresses both mental and physical health.

Our goal is to help young people navigate the challenges of growing up, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being, all while supporting families through the process. Whether managing long-term conditions or addressing emerging concerns, we strive to provide the tools and care necessary for children and adolescents to thrive.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

At Medicine Park Mental Health, our team is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care. You’ll begin with complimentary 10-15 minute call to make sure we are the right fit for your needs. Moving forward, we will then set up a comprehensive intake assessment, where psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners Caroline and Brittany take the time to understand your unique mental health needs.

Based on this assessment, we provide tailored recommendations and treatment plans designed to support your wellness. We also offer regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and adjust your care as needed. We proudly accept insurance and collaborate with local therapists and dieticians to ensure a whole-person approach to your mental health. Our goal is to empower you on your journey to well-being, offering support every step of the way.
